FAQ

Common questions, answered
How do bots pick their players?

Bots pick the best available player for a position they still need, based on overall rating. In multiplayer lobbies, only the lobby host's device decides bot picks, so everyone sees the exact same results.

Can I pick the same real player twice?

You can draft different season versions of the same player (e.g. 2012 Messi and 2015 Messi are treated as separate cards), but you can't draft the exact same season-version card twice — once it's taken, it's gone for everyone in that lobby.

What happens if a lobby doesn't fill up?

Every lobby has a 10-minute window. If it's not full by then, remaining spots are automatically filled with bots and the game starts.

What if the host leaves before the game starts?

If the lobby host leaves, the lobby closes immediately for everyone still waiting — only the host can start the game, so it can't continue without them.

How does "No Ratings" mode work?

Player OVR ratings are hidden throughout the draft — you only see names, seasons, and teams. It's designed to test how well you actually know football history rather than just picking the highest number.

Does my formation affect the simulation?

Yes. More attacking formations (like 4-3-3 Attack) tend to produce higher-scoring matches in both directions, while defensive setups (like 5-4-1) play out tighter, lower-scoring games.

How is the leaderboard scored?

Only multiplayer (vs Humans) league results count. 1st place earns 100 points, 2nd earns 70, 3rd earns 50, and any other finish earns 10 participation points. You can view both this month's leaderboard and an all-time total.

Where does the player data come from?

Player ratings and stats are sourced from historical FIFA/FC game data across 9 leagues and 22 seasons.
