Draft League is a football draft simulation game. Players draft footballers from real historical seasons into a fantasy squad and compete in simulated leagues against other users or computer-controlled opponents ("bots").

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Acceptable Use

• Do not use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm other users.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, hack, or reverse-engineer the Service.
• Do not create multiple accounts to manipulate leaderboards or lobbies.
• Do not use offensive or impersonating usernames or lobby names.

4. No Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Match simulations, statistics, and player ratings are for entertainment purposes and may contain errors or inaccuracies.

5. Changes to the Service

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, including game mechanics, available leagues/seasons, or leaderboard scoring.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, including for violations of these Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Draft League and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
